Took ownership of CRM and territory management for one of the largest automotive parts distributors in North America. Launched an enterprise platform across 6,500+ locations. Maintained 95% customer-to-territory affiliation accuracy since 2023. Owned the full lifecycle: enablement, rollout sequencing, training, and adoption measurement.
